- Support and use ASL! I am from deaf family and graduated at California School for the Deaf, Riverside in 1995. I have deaf parent, one deaf brother and several deaf uncles, aunts and cousins. I have a wonderful wife with three awesome kids. My first two kids are boys. They are tough, but compassion toward our daughter. Graduated with B.S. Degree in Information Systems Security. Exactly same thing like you what I did.. I'm not alone.
They tend push me away and doesn't want debate w/me what more, I've made good point. They cannot accept my opinion challenge. Why can't they listen point of view opinion.. Seems Everyone prefer their own way instead listen open the door along with Deaf peoples. (sigh) Really hits me fusterated with them.. Seems Everyone aren't willing listen or open the door for Deaf people. Is not 2nd Chance listen feedback positive as pro vs con. That really quite made me peeve what they made their own comment.
I still not understand why, They aren't willing challenge w/Deaf people. They prefer their own way opinion.
(previously my work) The hearing person really peeves about me, " clever, witty, or appearance speak out straighten forward, and smarted under their criticism"
Don't insult my intelligence! Okay!

Yes, that's true same happening here and everywhere like on our workfloors! Everytime I can see some of Deaf (who come from Oral ed) do not believe other Deaf then they want to check on hearings first then bash us down. Tired of it!
Possibly jealous of Deaf intelligence or their Deaf Leadership skills???? Or possibly want to find their own excuses to become lazy to let hearing control or take care over Deaf's businesses????

I second you! I am in your same boat! Big headache. Sometimes I had been frustrated, too. Some of them depends on the hearing's thought! That means they do not know how to do on their own thought or opinion without their hearing's help! They have to learn.
