You throw in my mind... Thank you I got remind when I was teenagers.. Oh yes, I was there..
When I came and saw Oral Deaf people group zone and not even knowledge ASL that time.. They are involved oral Deaf people where used attend their mainstream school. I thought I could join their zone.. somehow they surprised I'm joined their group because I was used raised oral before when I was young and involved mainstream before 1979's..
They were asked me, where r u from, I say I live here but my school is Milton.. guess what they were little bit cold shoulder.. I still stubborn and willing open the door welcome them part of me.. Understand who am I... reason to identity who am I Deaf person and use ASL.
Few years later, They went university.. whoever lost their mind and not even knew about ASL before born.. Sadly..
Came back and see me.. You're right.. Important open communication right there without misunderstand.. Yeah right.. I'm glad they open eyes... and accept part of any zones who ci or Oral (no asl) and general..
I'm very happy for them everyone.. I hope this future, stay stick that way as long "WELCOME all everyone are still part of community"
The way how you explain zone makes sense. I like this word ASLAN better. (For readers, Keith talked about the possibility of using this word Amerislan to identify ASL signers in this land of continent, I was not sure until I see this word ASLAN)
Help me, I am struggle lately, everytime I click your Vlog, and watch, it always stop and I had to click the "play" again and again. I have two MAC and both same way. Wonder why? while other Vloggers I dont have problem. Help me guy. Thanks
Your video stops each nanasecond. I would have to click the first 1/8 of the streamline video. Time consuming, so I gave up for the rest. Maybe one of the human editors can help you.
Phillip Easterling and Jean Boutcher: Jean, human editors have nothing to do with this end, but I will help you how to see my vlog clear. :)
You can see bottom with video controller, it will show white bar. Pause the video and let the white bar turn to gray color. When it complete turn to gray bar, then go ahead and view the video. It should be smooth. I will add this explanation on my side of blog for future reference. :)
To other commenters, thank you for feedback.
galaxyangelz: Exactly, everyone need to know their own zones and respect each other.
