- Support and use ASL! I am from deaf family and graduated at California School for the Deaf, Riverside in 1995. I have deaf parent, one deaf brother and several deaf uncles, aunts and cousins. I have a wonderful wife with three awesome kids. My first two kids are boys. They are tough, but compassion toward our daughter. Graduated with B.S. Degree in Information Systems Security. You may download quicktime from apple.com and install it. You will able to watch any videos. Youtube have low quality video and blip.tv have high quality video. Blip.tv allow me to use quicktime format for highest quality possible to show the video on internet. I hope you will understand that youtube is my lest favor at this time. :)

Just kidding, your argument is interesting! I think your concept of new system sign is very good.
I think many of us already signed that but not realize it is actual term of system.

Need to put up video that can be seen using linux based systems.
ocdac, there is a program for Linux. Here is a link for you to download the program. It will allow any Linux to view quicktime videos.
I know what you talking about, OH BOY! I always sign S, not Y, I don't mind to use both signs.
I was smile when you brought it up about "System" because I was one of them last year.
That's interesting. I like your concept of "system" ASL sign. Let us to see what other Deaf people say about this.

When I try to play your videos they pause by themselves. And I have one of the most top notch computers a person can have.
Well I still stick with "S" for system ..... and it make more common sense as everything inside the box as knowing all there with information with powerful word.
That "Y" shape is for more like saying the word is "SAME" ..... I don't want to get confusing.
That hand sign "C" is for more almost like call "Group" ..... really it not much power word to say in a way.
By the way you are funny about one hand "s" and other hand "y" in same time ha! funny ha!
