Thanks for your recommendation on kind of herb medicine on the counter! I've problem like you said for long time and went to see Ear, Throat, Nose specialist about my tinnitus problem but he didn't give me anything even no cure, no treatment, or surgery for that. I was disappointed about it and didn't know what to do but since you just mentioned about herb, I'll try that and see what happens. I couldn't be able to sleep at nights but taking sleep pills to help me fall asleep better than rolling over the bed. Tinnitus not funny and drive me nuts.
Before taking any, please do check with the pharmacist or Internet to ensure that there would be no interaction between herbal medicine and prescribed medicine. There are potential side effects from interaction of these two groups
It all started back in 2001 when I fell and hit my head on a concrete. The ringing in my left ear had been ongoing 24/7 ever since.
I've tried some sort of herbal pills and none of them worked for me.
The only solution that I have is to wear a hearing aid in my left ear everyday, whether I like it or not. The surrounding sounds somewhat mask out the ringings in my head. Some days, it gets really bad that a hearing aid doesn't help at all.
I've learned how to deal with it everyday and this is something that I am going to have to live with for the rest of my life. Tinnitus is not going to stop me from being grateful to have a life. That's why I call myself a tinnitus survivor.
Its 400mg per capsule and I did use two capsules twice per day. (Morning and evening) The total is 1,600mg a day. If you are using other medication then 1,600mg extra to your other medication is not good for your body.
Hello, I enjoy watching your video about tinnitus....it is very common for all deaf people. I have that problem since 1980's and I did went to see doctor in small town...but it did not help me at all. My ear started ringing, sounds like airplane roars, car racing or people screaming and it made my stomach upset, nausea, eyes jerking, fainting and pale face. I climbed up the wall to keep me walking straight and I see the walls/ceiling moving or shaking. In 1984 I moved to Atlanta and see doctor there. They sent me to MRI with blue dye IV and they found my ear very weak. It calls Meniere's Disease...I must avoid salt foods like pork meats, potato chips, salted peanuts...Now I am Sodium free diet...I take medicine for my life. It is Slo Niacin 250mg once a day...pink tablet..(yes, it is very little salt in niacin) and I feel better. You can find it over the counter at Walgreen drug store..I buy myself at pharmacy. When the ear ringing appears, I would put ice pack over my ear and calm me down...Now I am 50 years old and you've get a long way, baby! :)

How many mg of Ginko do you take? My doctor said 120 MG but that seems a little low.
Hello Todd,
The doctor might give you a limitation due to your other medication? Here is link of Gingko that I did used...

Thanks for your response - Will give it a try. I believe the doctor was being conservative. Take Care -
