- Support and use ASL! I am from deaf family and graduated at California School for the Deaf, Riverside in 1995. I have deaf parent, one deaf brother and several deaf uncles, aunts and cousins. I have a wonderful wife with three awesome kids. My first two kids are boys. They are tough, but compassion toward our daughter. Graduated with B.S. Degree in Information Systems Security. I maintain myself to rise the bar with ASL and English (reading and writing.)
I welcome people's feedback on my ASL and English as long they are constructive.
I do made mistakes with my ASL and I correct myself. I will not say it is my way.. It is same thing with English. I am a creative writer but not a "grammar" writer. I meet with English tutor two hours per week and improve my English writing.

Agreeable, NAD has a failure to define the language of ASL instead of saying sign language that really causes a lot of confusing!!! Sign language is very broad in communication! You see why US gov says ASL is not ethnic! Then what?! I think ASL is needed to redefine more clear in order to stay firm linguistically.
I AGREE WHAT YOU SAID IN VEIDO WELL USALLY I WRITE ENGLISH AND LATER ON CHANGE ME LOTS DUE ASL WRITING AND ASL SAME TIMES THAT WHERE I LEARN FROM MY TEACHER FROM DEAF SCHOOL CAUSE ASL IS BEAUIFUL COMMUCATION. LATER ON I GOT CYST IN MY HEAD AND LOSS OF MEMORY CAUSE CAR ACCIDENT AND I FEEL LIKE EAR DROP OF MY BRAIN SO I SAID GOSH I AM FIGHT GET MY BACK EDUCATION SO I READ ALL OVER AGAIN FROM DEAFREAD IS GOOD EDUCATION IN MANY DIFFERENT REASONS. SO I DECIDE TO USE ASL BECAUSE I LOVE ASL AND CONNECT ASL WRITING WHAT I TALK TO YOU. IF I AM WRONG IT DOES MATTER TO ME BECAUSE I AM LEARNING ALL OVER AGAIN LOTS OF PRATICE YOU RIGHT PRATICE TAKE LONG TIME. SO I KNOW THEY TELLING ME WRONG BUT THAT IS ME ASL BECAUSE I AM BELONG ASL DEAF WORLD LEARN FROM DEAF READ AND DEAF COMMUNITY. MY ENGLISH IS GOOD OR NOT I SAID NOBODY IS PERFECT WHAT LEVEL ARE YOU IN CAUSE REASON LOSS MEMORY OR HEALTH REASON. I CANNOT BLAME THEM OR ME. BUT I AM STILL FIGHTER EDUCATION GET BACK ON FROM LEARN FROM YOU OR ANYBODY COMMET NO MATTER WHO ARE YOU! WE WORK TOGETHER DO READ AND WORK COMMET IS BETTER WAY OUR EDUCATION.
Yea I do understand what you mean. Same with me I was Though of it. When During School I learn from Them about English make me Coufsed and Dont understand so I have lots of patience,When I was 19 Years old this time I learn ASL from peolpe so English and Asl put in my mind and I write down English but Sometime Not English . Some peolpe dont understand What I write down with my Asl so I decsion try doing my best write down another way by English then They Understand What I am talk about it . I have two way make me Coufsed . Cause I grow up with full English without ASL . So I am fall in love with My ASL then ENGLISH . So I am not good write down by ENGLISH . I am try doing My best for that . You know
